Ahhh, 2013, you are here!
You are already shaping up to be an adventurous year for us. There is a lot in store over the next twelve months; travels, vacations, work, settling into our home and getting a better grasp of this whole thing we call residency.
I'd also like to say that I will be getting a grip on my sugar tooth, reading more books and not watching the Real Housewives ever again. But, let's not get too crazy here.
I do plan on working harder than ever before, watching dreams come to fruition and choosing to not stand on the sidelines. Sounds like that was taken right out of a motivational guide, right?
Although all of the above is true, my real resolution for 2013, the one that I know will challenge me the most:
to be intentional.
Truthfully, it's more of a selfish ambition than not.
For me, being intentional encompasses all of the bigger dreams I have. At the baseline, it comes down to just that. Whether it be through relationships or business endeavors, I want to
do things better, without reservations, whole-heartedly. Intentionally.
(That mayyyyy also mean beginning to put hours into pounding the pavement for another marathon)
Okay, I lied. I have two resolutions:
2013, I think we are going to be good together.
I like you already.
